Bolivia Endorsements
In order to get you current license endorsed by Belize, you need to send to us the following documents:
Application duly filled
- Passport size photo
- Copies of current Passport or I.D.
- Copy of current Medical Certificate
- Current copy of the Seaman’s Book or a letter from the company where he works.
- Copies of the certificates for the Personal Survival Techniques Course
- Copies of the certificates for the Fire Prevention & Basic Fire Fighting Course
- Copy of the certificate for the First Aids Course
- Copy of the certificate for the Personal Security and Social Responsibility Course
Additional for officers:
- Copy of the current Certificate of Competence (COC)
- Copy of the Certificates for the advanced courses for officers.
- A copy of GMDSS license
Additional for ratings forming part of Deck or Engine watch:
- Copies of the current Certificate of Competence (COC). (Rule I/2, Rule II/4 y Rule III/4).
Provisional endorsement certificate are to be issued valid for 3 months extendable to six months, during this period the flag state shall verify the seafarer’s license and upon satisfactory completion, permanent endorsement is issued

- Ship security officer course
- Oil tanker specialized courses
- Gas carrier specialized courses
- COE DECK/ENGINE OFFICERS = 300 USD
- COE SSO = 300 USD
- COE GMDSS = 350 USD
- COE TANKER = 150 USD
- COE GAS CARRIER= 150 USD

Belize Seaman book
In order to obtain a Belizian seaman book, you need to send to us the following docuemtns:
- Application
- Copy of Passport
- Passport size photo
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Certificate of Proficiency for Security Training
