Comoros Seafarers' Certification
Comoros Endorsements
In order to get you current license endorsed by Belize, you need to send to us the following documents:
All applicants
- Application
- Copy of Passport
- Passport size photo
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Certificate of Proficiency for Security Training
In addition – for Officer Endorsement
- Copy of current Certificate of Competency (COC) from a country listed in the “White List” of the IMO.
- Copy of other Certificate for which additional endorsement is being applied for
Provisional endorsement certificate are to be issued valid for 3 months extendable to six months, during this period the flag state shall verify the seafarer’s license and upon satisfactory completion, permanent endorsement is issued
Belize flag issues endorsements for the following documents:
- Certificate of competency (License)
- GMDSS license
- Ship security officer course
- Oil tanker specialized courses
- Gas carrier specialized courses

- COE DECK/ENGINE OFFICERS = 350 USD
- COE SSO = 350 USD
- COE GMDSS = 350 USD
- COE TANKER = 150 USD
- COE GAS CARRIER= 150 USD
