Ordinary Seaman and Able Seaman
Rating Forming Part of a Navigational Watch (RFPNW, STCW A-II/4) does not apply to an Ordinary Seaman. It is for Able Seaman and above. An Able Seaman application with RFPNW adds the RFPNW course.
