Eswatini Seafarers’ Certification
Eswatini Endorsements
In order to get you current license endorsed by Belize, you need to send to us the following documents:
All applicants
- Application
- Copy of Passport
- Passport size photo
- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate
- Certificate of Proficiency for Security Training
In addition – for Officer Endorsement
- Copy of current Certificate of Competency (COC) from a country listed in the “White List” of the IMO.
- Copy of other Certificate for which additional endorsement is being applied for
Provisional endorsement certificate are to be issued valid for 3 months extendable to six months, during this period the flag state shall verify the seafarer’s license and upon satisfactory completion, permanent endorsement is issued
Eswatini flag issues endorsements for the following documents:
- Certificate of competency (License)
- GMDSS license
- Ship security officer course
- Oil tanker specialized courses
- Gas carrier specialized courses

- COE DECK/ENGINE OFFICERS = 150 USD
- COE SSO = 100 USD
- COE GMDSS = 100 USD
- COE TANKER = 100 USD
- COE GAS CARRIER= 100 USD
** Eswatini endorsement is electronic format, so no courier charges apply
Eswatini Certificate of Copmpetency
Currently Eswatini does not issue COC, expecting to start issuance by February 2024
